Thank you for using Qwen Image AI services. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before completing your purchase. Qwen Image provides AI services based on a prepaid credit system. Refund eligibility depends on the time since purchase and percentage of credits used.
1. Full Refund (Within 7 Days & ≤ 10% Credits Used)
If you meet both of the following conditions, you are eligible for a full refund:
• Your refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the purchase date.
• You have used 10% or less of the credits from that purchase.
In this case, the order will be fully refunded, and all remaining credits from that purchase in your account will be removed.
2. Proportional Refund (Within 7 Days & > 10% Credits Used)
If your refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase but you have used more than 10% of the purchased credits, you are only eligible for a proportional refund based on unused credits.
Refund amount formula: Refund Amount = (Total Order Price / Total Credits Purchased) × Unused Credits
Example: Order price $29.90, 400 credits purchased, 100 credits used, 300 unused. Refund amount = (29.90 / 400) × 300 = $22.43.
Please note: Consumed credits represent irreversible AI computation costs and are non-refundable.
3. No Refund (More Than 7 Days After Purchase)
If more than 7 calendar days have passed since the purchase date, the order is not eligible for any refund, regardless of credit usage.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
• Credits that have already been used.
• Bonus, gift, or promotional credits.
• Taxes, payment processing fees, or currency exchange differences.
5. Refund Request & Processing
How to request a refund: Please contact our support team by email and provide the following information:
• Email subject: Refund Request
• Your registered account email address
• Order number or transaction ID
• Purchase date
• Reason for the refund request
Processing: All requests will be reviewed within 2 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider. Refund amounts will be rounded to two decimal places.
